Product Launches

Duties can include, but are not limited to:

Liaison with the venue and suppliers, such as caterers and photographers, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to timetable.
Receive the guests upon their arrival at the venue
Announce the arrival of the President and principal guests
As requested say Grace or introduce the person who is to perform this duty
Introduce the formal speakers
Announce and assist with any presentations
Announce, and if requested draw, the raffle
Run or assist with a charity auction
Announce any post-meal entertainment
